Each one of us is a precious gift and blessing to others in our lives. If we look hard enough, we will discover the wonders that we can teach others, as well as the wonders others can teach us.
I have no doubt that the Super Inca Trail Workshop will make me a better person. I will bring experiences from this that I can use for the rest of my future. I feel I possess, and can strengthen, whatever skills and talents are necessary to fulfill the duties that await me. I look forward to this opportunity.
I love reading novels, taking walks outdoors, and music. Last summer, I was a student leader of several group meetings held at a center for visually impaired students. We discussed internal and external conflicts that arise for young adults in their teen years.
To me, being a good leader means being able to get along with everyone in your team. It means being able to understand and accept the strengths and weaknesses of every member. To be a good team leader, you must work together to accomplish a common goal. I love the spirit of teamwork. I am confident and will not waiver in striving for success.
