Food expert and world explorer Andrew Zimmern popularly known as the host of Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods, is on a mission to make the world a better place through travel.

Recognizing the importance of a global perspective, Zimmern is partnering with Global Explorers (GEx), a nonprofit educational travel organization, to raise money for the organization during a concentrated two-week time period. The money donated will help students of all abilities and backgrounds to explore the natural wonders and cultural diversity of our world through the most comprehensive educational experience available. The nationally recognized GEx program inspires and equips students to become responsible global citizens and leaders within their own communities.
